Right Riviera News The French Riviera

by Elizabeth Ackland 22 July 2026
Just back from IBTM Barcelona 2024 !☀️ It was great to connect and reconnect with partners and industry peers from all around the world. From local UK to USA, South Africa, Thailand, and many more. Before my appointments schedule raced off to the start, I explored the floor to see what destinations were showcasing and what was of interest to myself and for my clients. Mainly what is New out there. What stood out for me more than any destination was the Baltic Region, it has been on the radar for a few years, though more so now is really gaining traction, like any product brand the more it is exposed the more attention it gains. I meet with the Convention Bureaus for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and what stood out the most was the passion and enthusiasm and genuine pride of their country. There is so much on offer, with very different Capitals Vilnius, Riga & Tallinn, each will surprise even very well travelled globetrotters with authenticity, friendly people, cool activities, stylish hotels and world class culinary offerings. They definitely on my top destination list. Overall it was a fantastic few days with the hospitality Industry all under one roof. #eventplanner #destinations #MICE #conference #Eventprofs #incentives #rightvenues #rightriviera
